Mendes is one of the brightest rising stars in the UFC Featherweight division, and with 11 straight wins it's his turn to take a shot at the title. The former NCAA wrestler will look to control where the fight is fought and dominate the champ with his grappling skills for a potential decision win.

Oddsmakers at Bovada Sportsbook don't seem to think he will do that and have handicapped Mendes as the +205 underdog. That payout has grown from +170 as MMA bettors don't think that Mendes will be able to get past the lethal Muay Thai skills Aldo uses to keep wrestlers at bay - and to keep his fights standing.
